COVID-19 Vaccine Update

Fremantle Family Doctors has been approved to provide Astra Zenica and Pfizer Vaccines.

Astra Zenica vaccinations (patients 60 years and older or patients under 60 years who have already had their first dose of Astra Zenica) will be carried out at both our South Street and Beaconsfield surgeries. Pfizer vaccinations (for patients 5-59 years who have not had a previous Astra Zenica) will be carried out at our South Street clinic only. Existing patients of the practice will be prioritised.

Appointments can only be made by phoning reception.
